عرض خدمة Video on Demand من TOD

• This TOD service package Video on Demand Offer (the “Offer”) is valid from the 25th of October 2022 until the 30th of November 2022 (“Offer Period”).

• This Offer is only valid when selected Samsung TV product (the “Product(s)”) listed in the table below is purchased from Samsung brand shops and Authorized Retail Stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

• With every purchase of the Product, the customer will be entitled for the Tournament ticket (“Offer Package”) that is relevant to the Product’ model code.

• The Offer is available only on the selected following Products:

• This Offer Package is valid until quantities last, limited quantity will be available on first-come-first-served based on the Product’ activation.

• TOD video on demand service has multiple service packages (“Service Package(s)”). The Service Packages provided by the service partner is referred to as (“Service Partner”). The Service Partner holds the rights to update the list of the Service Packages at any time with no prior notice to the customer. As well Samsung hold the rights to update the list of the Service Partner at any time with no prior notice to the customer.

• The Service Partner has multiple Service Packages described in the following table:

• The Service Packages name and description might be changed without notice by the Service Partner.

• The All-In-One TOD one month Trial Service Package is available as per the below terms:

• The customer has to input payment method for example credit card, to avail the Offer

• The customer will not be charged during the first month free trial period

• The customer will have the right to cancel the subscription at any time during the first month without being charged

• The customer will only be charged if he does not cancel the subscription after 1 month free trial period ends
  
  

• In order to avail the Offer, the customer needs firstly to activate the purchased product by connecting it to the internet and complete the product Set-up and signing with Samsung Account "Product Activation". Then to get the Voucher code “Activation Code” from the Samsung Promotion Application and follow the Offer redemption instruction on the Samsung Promotion Application’ and on the Partner Services’ websites.

• The Activation Code will be communicated on the Samsung Promotion Application and will remain valid up to one month from the Product Activation Date for the customer to redeem it. In case the one month passed without redeeming the Activation Code by the customer, the Activation Code will be void and it may disappear from the TV application.
  
  

• The redemption and usage of the Offer is subject to all applicable Terms & Conditions of the Partner Services. Such terms will be presented to the customer at the time of the Offer activation on the Partner Services ‘websites or applications. https://www.tod.tv/en/terms

• The Offer availability is subject to review and verification of Samsung. Other restrictions may apply. Any questions relating to redemption of the Offer will be resolved in Samsung’s sole discretion and their decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.

• The Offer is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung.

• This Offer is valid only for individual residential customers purchasing the Product for private usage and not for commercial purposes.

• This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future Offer, and is neither refundable nor transferable.

• Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption or usage of this Offer.

• Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Offer Period.

• By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Offer, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the country of purchase of the Product.

• يسري عرض الإشتراك في خدمة Video on Demand من TOD ("العرض") من 20 اكتوبر 2022 وحتى 18 ديسمبر 2022 (" فترة العرض").

• إن هذا العرض ساري فقط عند شراء مجموعة مختارة من تلفزيونات وأجهزة العرض ("المنتج،المنتجات") والتي تم إدراجها في ا قائمة المنتجات بالاسفل عند شرائها من متاجر سامسونج و متاجر البيع المعتمدة من قبل شركة سامسونج في المملكة العربية السعودية.

• مع كل عملية شراء لجهاز تلفزيون Samsung من قائمة المنتجات ، سيكون العميل مخول لتفعيل باقة البطولة ("باقة العرض") بحسب نوع وموديل المنتج.

• هذا العرض متاح فقط عند شراء أحد المنتجات التالية:

• يسري هذا العرض حتى نفاذ الكميات ، تتوفر كمية محدودة ، وستكون متوفرة على أساس أسبقية تفعيل المنتج.

• تتوفر عدة باقات مشاهدة على خدمة TOD للمشاهدة على الإنترنت عند الطلب ("باقات الإشتراك"). وهذة الباقات المقدمة عن طريق TOD يشار إليها بـ ("شريك الخدمة"). يمكن لشريك الخدمة أن يغير أو يعدل باقات العرض في أي وقت وبدون إخطار مسبق للعميل. يمكن أيضا لسامسونج أن تعدل قائمة خدمة الشركاء في أي وقت وبدون إخطار العميل بشكل مسبق.

• يقدم شريك الخدمة عدة باقات اشتراك كما هو موضح في الجدول التالي:

• يمكن أن يتغير إسم ومعلومات باقات الإشتراك المقدمة من قبل شريك الخدمة بدون إخطار مسبق للعميل.

• تخضع باقة الإشتراك الشاملة التجريبية لشهر واحد للشروط التالية:

• على المستخدم إدخال طريقة الدفع كبطاقة الإئتمان من أجل تفعيل العرض

• لن يتم الخصم من المستخدم أي مبلغ خلال الشهر الأول المجاني "الفترة التجريبية"

• يحق للعميل إلغاء الإشتراك في أي وقت خلال الفترة التجريبية بدون أي خصم

• بعد إنتهاء الفترة التجريبية وفي حال عدم إلغاء العميل للإشتراك سيتم الخصم من حساب العميل لقيمة الإشتراك الشهري

• للإستفادة من هذا العرض يحتاج العميل إلى تفعيل المنتج الذي تم شراؤه من خلال وصله للإنترنت وإتمام عملية الإعداد للمنتج عن طريق تسجيل الدخول بحساب سامسونج ("تفعيل المنتج") ومن ثم إلى الحصول على رمز التفعيل "رمز التفعيل " الخاص به من تطبيق عروض سامسنوج المتاح على المنتج واتباع تعليمات لاسترداد العرض كما هو موضح في تطبيق عروض سامسنوج و كما هو موضح أيضا على الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بخدمات الشركاء.

• سيتم إرسال رمز التفعيل على تطبيق عروض سامسونج وسيبقى ساريًا لمدة شهر واحد حتى يتمكن العميل من استرداده. في حالة مرور شهر واحد دون استرداد رمز التفعيل من قبل العميل ، فسيكون رمز التفعيل لاغ ويمكن أن يختفي من تطبيق التلفزيون.

• يخضع استرداد هذا العرض واستخدامه لجميع الشروط والأحكام المعمول بها في خدمات الشركاء. وسيتم تقديم هذه الشروط إلى العميل في وقت تفعيل العرض على مواقع الويب أو تطبيقات "خدمات الشركاء" https://www.tod.tv/en/terms

• يخضع توافر العرض للمراجعة والتحقق من قبل شركة Samsung. قد تنطبق قيود أخرى. سيتم حل أي أسئلة تتعلق باستخدام العرض وفقًا لتقدير شركة Samsung وحدها وستكون قراراتها نهائية وملزمة بالنسبة إليها.

• لا يمكن تحويل عرض الاشتراك المجاني ولا يمكن استرداده أو استبداله بمحتوى أو خدمة أخرى تقدمها شركة Samsung.

• هذا العرض متاج للمستخدمين للإستعمال الشخصي فقط وليس للإستعمالات التجارية.

• إن هذا العرض لا يمكن دمجه مع اي عروض اخرى في المستقبل كما وهو غير قابل للاسترداد أوالتحويل.

• إن سامسونج غير مسؤولة عن أي فقدان و/أو ضرر، أيا كان، قد اصاب العميل بسبب عدم تمكنه من تفعيل أو استخدام هذا العرض، أولأي سبب آخر، مهما يكن.

• تحتفظ شركة سامسونج وفقا لتقديرها بالحق في إجراء أي تعديل أو إلغاء أو إضافة على أي من هذه الشروط والأحكام، بصورة إستنسابية ، في أي وقت قبل فترة العرض أو خلالها.

• إذا قام العميل بالمشاركة في هذا العرض فإنه يقبل بأن أي نزاع قد ينشأ عن المشاركة مهما كانت طبيعته سواء كان ذو ارتباط مباشر أو غير مباشر في هذا العرض أو الشروط والأحكام يخضع ويفسر وفقا للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في بلد الشراء وأن أي خلاف سيتم تسويته والنظر فيه من قبل المحاكم ذات الاختصاص في البلد حيث تم شراء المنتج.
