Terms and Conditions of Using Black Box Store

The use of the Website services is available only to individuals who are legally capable of representing themselves in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Persons who are not legally capable under local contract laws may not use the Website services.

  • - Attempting to interfere with services provided to any other user, host, or network, including but not limited to sending viruses to the Website, overloading the Website, sending chain messages, spam emails, or any other means that may harm network security.

  • - Sending unsolicited messages, including commercial offers and/or advertisements for products or services.

  • - Forging or impersonating Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, email addresses, or any part of the Website address for use in any email or mailing list. Security violations may result in civil and criminal penalties in most cases.

The Website reserves the right to investigate such violations and cooperate with the competent judicial authorities to prosecute and apply penalties against those involved.

Shopping Cart

Order quantity limits may be applied to items ordered from the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same shipping or billing address.
Customers will be notified if such limits are applied to their account.

 

Product Details, Inventory, and Pricing

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as availability, prices, specifications, images, and technical features) and services, typographical errors may occasionally occur.

 

We make every effort to display product colors accurately on the Website; however, the colors displayed depend largely on your screen settings, which are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color representation on your screen.

 

The publication of product or service details (including but not limited to marketing brochures, advertisements, promotions, magazine offers, and flyers) on the Website does not constitute a guarantee of availability of products, offers, or prices, whether through online shopping or in-store purchases.

 

Errors may occur during the provision of products or services and in displaying pricing information on the Website.


The Website cannot provide final product pricing or total cost until your online order has been fully submitted.

 

If an order is placed and invoiced with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to an error in pricing or product/service details, the Website reserves the right either to contact you to clarify the error and how to proceed or to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

If your order is accepted and processed electronically, the total cost will be calculated and charged to your credit card, and you will be notified via email that the payment has been processed successfully.

 

Despite our efforts to offer the lowest prices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, differences may occur between showroom prices and Website prices.


We strive to offer the best prices both online and in our showrooms; however, price discrepancies may occur.

 

The “Lowest Price Guarantee” service does not apply to purchases made through the Website.

 

Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

All product and service prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated in specific cases.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • - Shipping dates depend on your purchase order, city, and payment method.

  • - Delivery within Riyadh city takes 3 to 7 business days, and outside Riyadh takes 3 to 10 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays. During holidays, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

  • - Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. For estimated delivery date and time, please refer to the product page, which is updated regularly.

  • - Delivery also depends on the customer’s acceptance and scheduling of the delivery appointment with Black Box team or the shipping company. If the customer cannot be reached at the scheduled time, delivery will be delayed without any liability on Black Box.

  • - Customers are entitled to store products in Black Box warehouses for up to 30 days only, with an additional storage fee of 5% of the invoice value for every additional 30 days.

  • - A fee of SAR 100 will be charged if the delivery appointment is not postponed at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Small Products Delivery via Shipping Company

Delivery cost: 59 Sar for Large Devices and 29 Sar for Small Devices.

 

Large Products Delivery with Black Box (Including Air Conditioners)

The delivery time shown on the product page is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
The delivery appointment will be scheduled by contacting the customer and confirming the date with the customer service team.

 

Payment Methods

Apple Pay

We guarantee a secure shopping experience when paying via Apple Pay.
In case of a refund request, a credit card processing fee of 2.2% of the purchase value will be deducted.

Mada Card

We guarantee a secure shopping experience when paying via Mada.
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
All payment information must be entered in English.
In case of a refund, a 2.2% credit card processing fee will be deducted.

Credit Card

We ensure the protection of your credit card information using the latest electronic encryption technologies.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
No additional fees apply when paying by credit card.
All payment information must be entered in English.
In case of a refund, a 2.2% processing fee will be deducted.

Cash on Delivery

We accept cash payment upon delivery as an alternative to credit card payment, with an additional service fee of SAR 29.
Please note that Cash on Delivery orders are available within Riyadh only.
Black Box reserves the right to cancel Cash on Delivery orders in case of postponement or non-response by the customer.

 

Installment & Financing Plans

12 Installments via Tamara

  • - Installment payments available according to Tamara’s plan.

  • - Available for orders between SAR 100 and SAR 20,000.

  • - Tamara may request additional information or documents if required.

  • - You must ensure sufficient funds are available in your Tamara account before placing the order.

  • - By using the service, you agree to bear any consequences of misuse and authorize Tamara to notify the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) in case of delayed or missed payments.

4 Installments via MisPay

  • - Installment payments over 4 monthly installments with no interest, no late fees, and no administrative fees.

  • - Offers ease of use, flexible payments, and time savings.

36 Installments via Emkan

  • - Available for residents within Saudi Arabia.

  • - Minimum monthly income: SAR 2,000 for Saudi nationals, SAR 5,000 for residents, SAR 1,900 for retirees.

  • - The applicant must be able to repay the financing on time.

  • - Applicant age must be between 20 and 60 years.

36 Installments via Quara

  • - Available for residents within Saudi Arabia.

  • - Invoice value must not be less than SAR 4,000 and not exceed SAR 30,000.

  • - Available financing periods: 6, 12, 18, or 24 months, subject to Quara’s terms and conditions.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Black Box

Black Box reserves the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • - Payment rejection or non-acceptance.

  • - Incorrect delivery address, incorrect contact information, or inability to reach the customer.

  • - Cash on Delivery orders may be canceled in case of postponement or non-response by the customer.

Cancellation by Customer

To proceed with order cancellation, you must contact us first. You may cancel your order for the following reasons:

  • - If the order has not yet been shipped or delivered. If cancellation occurs after shipment, cancellation fees may apply.

  • - If the product/service cannot be provided within a reasonable period of 20 business days from the order confirmation date.

 

Maintenance, Return, and Exchange Policy

Maintenance, return, or exchange is permitted in the following cases:

  • - The customer has the right, in coordination with Black Box customer service, to maintain the device with the authorized agent during the warranty period, provided the defect does not violate usage instructions.

  • - The customer may request a return within 7 days from the purchase date, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging with all contents, accompanied by the original invoice and proof of identity. Returns or exchanges must be made at the same showroom of purchase.

  • - Home appliances may be returned or exchanged after approval from the authorized agent if a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period.

  • - Shipping and return fees for mobile phones, computers, and small items are charged to the customer at SAR 38.

  • - For large items, the customer bears shipping and return fees of SAR 150, in addition to installation costs (if any) and a 2.2% credit card processing fee if paid by credit card.

  • - Personal care devices, mobile phones, computers, and their accessories cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • - The customer is not entitled to exchange, return, or refuse to receive the product if the product model approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority has expired, due to the company's inability to resell the product to another customer.

 

Air Conditioner Installation Terms & Conditions

  • - Free installation for selected air conditioners.

  • - 4 meters of copper piping included free with each air conditioner.

  • - Free rubber floor stand.

  • - Wall-mounted bracket available for SAR 70.

  • - Installation does not include dismantling old units, electrical extensions, civil works, or drainage works.

  • - Please retain the original invoice for installation.

  • - After installation, the device is covered by the agent’s warranty, including maintenance and repairs during the warranty period.

  • - One-year warranty on installation.

  • - The customer must prepare the installation site (civil works, décor, plumbing, drainage, and electrical supply) prior to installation.
